Job Brief

Back Office Executives or Accountant support the Accounting, Audit, and Taxation teams by performing tasks like processing and recording transactions, preparing reports, on-field communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.

Responsibilities.

To maintain and manage the books of accounts for our clients in Tally.

To communicate with clients, their managers, as applicable, and meet their expectations.

To coordinate with auditors in completing audit.

To manage the reconciliation of bank and cash.

To be responsible for all the statutory deductions/payments/returns/audits.

To participate in preparing the monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trial balance.

To support in managing online statutory payments.

To prepare MIS reports in desired formats.

To handle filing and handling all legal documents of the company, e.g., contracts and other official documents. Tracking renewals, expiries, etc.

To carry out duties as instructed by seniors from time to time.

Qualifications

Graduate in BCom/BAF.

Professional Certification in Tally and WINMAN.

Requirements

Maximum 3 to 5 years of experience. Minimum 2 years working experience with a CA firm only.

Exposure of handling accounts of small or medium-sized businesses independently would be valued.

Only male candidates.

Must be well-versed in bookkeeping and accounting in Tally.

Must have handled TDS, GST, and ITR filing independently.

Must have generated MIS reports using Advanced MS Excel.

Fair oral and written communication skills.

Should be able to communicate with clients.

Adaptable and street smart.

Location Constraints

Preferred candidates staying in and around Ghatkopar and on the Western line. On the Central Line, the permitted zone is from CST to Thane. Any other location will not be considered.
