Job Description

Direct Tax Executive

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000

Location: Barakhamba Road, New Delhi

Experience: 2 Years (CA Firm)

Job Descriptions:

Calculation, deduction, and deposit of TDS as per applicable provisions.

Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns & issuance of TDS certificates

Reconciliation of TDS ledgers and Form 26AS.

Preparation and timely filing of Corporate Income Tax Returns (ITR-6) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Assistance in conducting tax audits, including preparation and review of Forms 3CA and 3CD.

Management of advance tax, self-assessment tax, and TDS/TCS compliances, ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory timelines

Assistance in scrutiny assessments, appellate proceedings, and rectification matters, including the preparation and submission of responses to income-tax notices issued under Sections 143(1), 142(1), 143(2), 154, and other applicable provisions of the Income-tax Act.

Support in preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation as per regulatory requirements.

Possession of a basic understanding of Minimum Alternate Tax (MAT), and deferred tax concepts.
