Full Time
Maintain general ledger and accounting entries, including Sales and Purchase transactions.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
Carry out Vendor and Customer Reconciliation. Perform GST and TDS reconciliation.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including timely payments and return filings.
Calculate and process Advance Tax payments.
Assist with preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss Statements.
Manage Month-end and Year-end Closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors and provide the required documents and information for Audit.
Prepare and maintain Inventory Reports.
Maintain records of Fixed Assets and calculate depreciation.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting activities.
Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
