Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and versatile Admin & Accounts Executive to manage administration, basic accounting, online marketing, sales coordination, and day-to-day office operations. The candidate will also support website management and creation of AI-based videos and advertisements for online promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day office administration and management.

• Manage basic accounting, billing, invoices, expenses, and financial records.

• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, calls, emails, and correspondence.

• Support sales activities, follow-ups, and customer coordination.

• Manage online marketing activities and social media promotions.

• Assist in website creation, updates, and basic website management.

• Create AI-based videos, promotional content, and advertisements.

• Coordinate digital advertising campaigns and online promotions.

• Maintain office records, documents, and reports.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of accounting and office administration.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and online advertising.

• Basic understanding of website management.

• Knowledge of AI tools for video/content creation will be an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
