Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Maintain company accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Deduct, calculate, and manage TDS as per applicable regulations.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries.
Assist in taxation-related work and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with CA/auditors during audits and financial reviews.
Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.
Skills and Key Requirements:
Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Strong knowledge of Company Account Management.
Experience in Taxation and Account Finalization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Accounting, GST, TDS, ITR filing, Taxation, and Tally ERP/Prime.
Experience in account finalization, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
