We are looking for a dedicated Female Accountant to join our team at Expanderful India Limited. The role involves managing the daily financial transactions of the organization, overseeing banking operations, and ensuring precise payment and billing cycles. The position offers a competitive 15000 - 25000 and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing: Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring all invoices are generated accurately and sent to clients on time.

• Banking & Payments: Handle all company bank-related tasks, including fund transfers, cheque processing, and daily bank reconciliations.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports for management review.

• Tax & Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings, GST/VAT computations (if applicable), and strict compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Transaction Oversight: Oversee daily financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payment schedules.

• Data Security: Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.

Job Requirements

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy and strong organizational skills.

• Minimum Qualification: e.g., Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance

• Experience Range: e.g., 2–5 years in a similar role

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Proficiency in accounting software (like Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP) is highly preferred.

• Communication: Strong ability to manage payment follow-ups and communicate effectively with banks and vendors.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
