Title: Accounts Executive / Finance Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive / Finance Officer to handle end-to-end payment processes, maintain financial records, and ensure statutory compliance. The role involves coordination with banks, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Processing:

• Handle vendor payments (RTGS/NEFT), statutory dues, salaries, and fund transfers.

• Coordinate with banks for the timely execution of payment requests.

• Documentation & Approvals:

• Compile bill-wise payment details.

• Prepare and route payment request letters for approvals and signatures.

• Bank Reconciliation:

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy.

• GST Monitoring:

• Periodically check and verify the GST amount reflection on the GST portal.

• Stakeholder Communication:

• Share payment acknowledgements with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

• Invoice Verification:

• Verify and record materials purchase-related bills into the system.

• Ledger & Compliance Tracking:

• Track debit balances, salary and statutory ledgers, and insurance renewals.

• Ensure timely clearances and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Cash Voucher Management:

• Monitor and reconcile cash vouchers periodically.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

• Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems

• Strong understanding of banking processes and statutory compliance (e.g., GST, TDS)

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,352.83 - ₹31,807.34 per month
