Job Role
Account Executive in Finance & Operations (reporting to Finance Manager). Manage daily accounting, client billing, data entry, and coordination for smooth financial/operational workflows. Ideal for 1-3 years exp. in accounting/back-office (freshers with strong skills considered).
Key Responsibilities
Accounting/Finance: Handle sales/purchase invoices, expenses, bank/cash; prep monthly P&L, receivables/payables; GST/TDS support; track collections; file records.
Client Handling: Coordinate clients/ops/finance; maintain project/invoice/payment records; follow up approvals/payments; ensure project closure docs.
Data Entry: Enter financial/client/project data in Excel/ERP; generate MIS reports; organize files.
Requirements
Skills: Attention to detail, basic accounting, multitasking, communication, time management, confidentiality.
Tools: Tally, MS Excel (intermediate), Google Workspace.
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/BBA or equivalent; finance certs a plus.
Experience: 1-3 years accounting/account handling/data entry.
KPIsAccuracy in entries, timely invoicing/follow-ups, minimal discrepancies, on-time reports, smooth inter-dept coordination
