Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and Bookkeeping. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and prepare accounting entries in Tally ERP.

• Handle GST computation, filing, and reconciliation.

• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and returns.

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements.

• Prepare and review financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Support management with monthly and yearly closing activities.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and taxation norms.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Working knowledge of GST and TDS

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles

• Good command over MS Excel & accounting documentation

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent

• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferred)
