Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Accounts process, Payroll handling, verifying data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve accounts and data maintenance.
• Provide support for audits related to Bills.
• Communicate with vendors, take follow up.
• Calculation of salary properly and timely payments of Bills.
• Maintain accurate accounts records and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner..
• Bill payments, cheques and cash Management and checking in-outwards materials.
• Vendors co-ordination, follow ups, vendor pmnagement and development.
• Sales and purchase data management.
• Communicate with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.
