Job Description: Accountant Assistant

Position: Accountant Assistant
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Location: — Sarita Vihar New delhi
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations.
Maintain books of accounts (Ledger, Journal, Cash/Bank entries).
Support in GST, TDS, and basic taxation-related work.
Prepare vendor bills, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Handle data entry, invoice preparation, and documentation.
Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly financial reports.
Coordinate with vendors/clients for account-related queries.
Support senior accountant in audits and compliance activities.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime or any accounting software
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles
Strong MS Excel skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
