Job Summary

Ekanta Studio is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of basic accounting, petty cash management, and daily transaction updates.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and maintain petty cash transactions.

Record and update day-to-day financial transactions.

Maintain accurate accounts and financial records.

Prepare and maintain income and expense statements.

Track daily receipts, payments, and expenses.

Maintain bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.

Reconcile cash transactions and ensure records are up to date.

Assist with basic accounting and administrative requirements.

Prepare regular financial summaries and reports.

Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.

Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
