Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Eazy Enterprises. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹50000 - ₹0000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Letter of Credit (LC):

  o Handle preparation, documentation, and submission for LC opening.

  o Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments to manage LC transactions.

  o Track LC timelines, maturity, and settlements.

  • e-Invoicing:

  o Generate and upload e-invoices as per GST norms using approved software/portals.

  o Ensure 100% compliance with real-time invoice reporting.

  o Resolve any mismatches or errors in GST returns due to e-invoicing.

  • Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:

  o Maintain monthly P&L statements and assist in financial reporting.

  o Analyse income and expenditure trends, flagging irregularities.

  o Assist in budget planning and variance analysis.

  • TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):

  o Ensure correct deduction and timely deposit of TDS as per IT Act.

  o Filing of TDS returns (Form 26Q, 27Q, etc.).

  o Generate TDS certificates (Form 16A) and reconcile with Form 26AS.

  • General Accounting:

  o Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.

  o Bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.

  o Assist in audits and statutory compliance.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field.

  • 3+ years of accounting experience with hands-on knowledge of LC, e-invoicing, TDS, and P&L.

  • Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and accounting standards.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally, SAP, or similar.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
