Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) as per statutory timelines.

• Record day-to-day financial transactions such as purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.

• Prepare invoices and maintain records of accounts receivable and payable.

• Assist in preparation of financial reports like Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.

• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and support audits.

• Support payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).

• Coordinate with CA/auditor for annual returns and tax filings.
