Company: Eagle pack, Noida Sector 8

(Candidate must stay within 30 minutes travel time from the office)

Position: Full-Time

•Salary Range:• ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary Cycle: Salary credited by the 10th of every month

About the Role

Eagle pack is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant with a B.Com full-time qualification and a minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in bookkeeping, Tally, billing, or similar roles. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting entries, billing, purchase handling, and Excel-based reporting for the company.

We prefer candidates who stay near Noida Sector 8 for convenience and punctuality. The role is open to both male and female applicants, though male candidates are slightly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Bookkeeping

Enter daily accounting entries accurately and on time

Maintain basic bookkeeping records

Support accountant with routine documentation

2. Billing & Documentation

Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and related billing documents

Verify entries before final submission

Maintain organized digital and physical records

3. Purchase Handling

Prepare and track purchase orders

Follow up with vendors for material status

Maintain and update purchase registers

4. Excel Reporting & MIS

Create and update Excel reports as per management requirements

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS sheets

Ensure timely sharing of reports with supervisors

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.Com (Full-Time) – Mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, accounting, Tally operations, billing, or similar roles

Working knowledge of Tally preferred

Strong proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, formatting, data handling)

Good communication and record-keeping skills

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

Should stay close to Sector 8, Noida

Punctual, disciplined, and comfortable working independently

Male candidates preferred, though the role is open to all

Honest, hardworking, and willing to learn new systems and tools
