Job Summary:

Company ke financial records ko manage karna, transactions ko accurately record karna, aur financial reports prepare karna. Accountant ensure karta hai ki saare financial kaam legal aur regulatory standards ke according ho.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily financial transactions record karna (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
Ledger maintain karna aur accounts reconcile karna
GST, TDS aur other tax filings prepare karna
Monthly, quarterly aur yearly financial reports banana
Bank reconciliation statements prepare karna
Payroll process karna aur employee payments handle karna
Budgeting aur forecasting mein support dena
Audits ke liye data aur documents ready rakhna
Compliance ensure karna as per financial laws and regulations

Required Skills:

Accounting principles ka strong knowledge
Tally, Excel, ya accounting software ka experience
Attention to detail aur accuracy
Analytical aur problem-solving skills
Time management aur deadlines handle karne ki ability

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter ya Final preferred)
2 5 years ka relevant experience

Preferred Skills:

GST return filing ka experience
Tally ERP / Tally Prime ka knowledge
Basic knowledge
