• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Process vendor payments and reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
• Verify purchase and sales entries, journal vouchers, and ledger accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with the purchase, sales, and stores departments for smooth financial operations.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
