Full Time
Accounting & Financial Management
§ Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Zoho One / Tally Prime.
§ Record all receipts, payments, journal entries and bank transactions.
§ Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.
§ Reconcile bank accounts and cash balances regularly.
§ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
NGO Accounting
§ Record donations, grants, CSR funds, crowdfunding, sponsorships and
program expenses.
§ Maintain project-wise and donor-wise accounting records.
§ Prepare annual budgets and Monitor budget utilization for various
projects.
§ Prepare utilization certificates and donor financial reports as required.
§ Support financial reporting for CSR partners and funding agencies.
Compliance
§ Ensure compliance with Income Tax regulations applicable to NGOs.
§ Maintain records relating to 12AB, 80G, CSR funding and other
statutory requirements.
§ Assist in statutory compliance including TDS, GST (where applicable),
Professional Tax, EPF, ESI and Income Tax requirements.
§ Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors during statutory
and internal audits.
§ Maintain proper accounting documentation for inspections and donor
verification.
Payroll & Administration
§ Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing.
§ Verify employee reimbursements and field expenses.
§ Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, consultants, and
government authorities when required.
