Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records by reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

2. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

3. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely invoicing and bill payments.

4. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

5. Assist in budget preparation and monitor budgetary performance against targets.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

7. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.

8. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.

9. Prepare documentation for audits and liaise with auditors during the audit process.

10. Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
11. Experience in Zoho books, Tally prime, Tally ERP 9, GST, TDS,BRS.
