Job Title: Accounts Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

Dow Engifab LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST, Tally, and banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.

- Prepare and record sales and purchase invoices.

- Handle GST data, reconciliations, and assist in return preparation.

- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.

- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

- 2–5 years of experience in accounting.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, e - invoicing, e way bill and banking transactions.

- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
