Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
• Handle accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, and bank reconciliation.
Manage •Tally•• accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle •GST•• compliance, returns, reconciliation, and related documentation.
Handle •Income Tax•• related work and support tax compliance.
• Prepare invoices, purchase/sales entries, payment and receipt records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other parties.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
Required Skills:
Thorough knowledge of •Tally, GST, Income Tax, and accounting principles••.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and taxation.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage accounts independently.
