Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment receipts.
• Handle daily billing operations and maintain billing records.
• Verify purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
• Maintain customer accounts and transaction records.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales departments.
• Handle basic computer operations and MS Excel.
• Ensure accuracy in billing and documentation.
• Assist with outstanding payment follow-ups.
Required Skills:
