Job Summary:

Detox Folks Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily and monthly financial operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in transaction recording, supplier coordination, payment follow-ups, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase & Supplier Coordination:
  Handle purchase of goods based on daily orders and coordinate timely dispatch with suppliers.

• Transaction Recording:
  Record all incoming and outgoing transactions daily; maintain up-to-date records with digital and physical copies.

• Client Payment Follow-Up:
  Conduct daily follow-ups with clients for overdue payments and manage escalation procedures when required.

• Creditors Management:
  Maintain and update weekly payment lists; process payments post-approval and manage fund availability.

• Cash, Cheque & Bank Entry Management:
  Monitor and update cheque transactions, daily cash balances, and ensure all debit entries are verified and approved.

• Inventory & Petty Cash Control:
  Perform regular stock counts and manage petty cash transactions with full documentation and approval.

• Monthly Tasks:

  • Prepare and process payroll by the 10th

  • Update fixed asset register

  • File and organize invoices

  • Collect rent and pay utility bills

• Statutory Filing & Compliance:
  Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and PT payments in coordination with the assigned accountant. Maintain proof of filings and payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and general accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and PT compliance preferred
