Job Summary:
The Accounts cum Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial accounting activities along with procurement of materials, services, and equipment required for toll plaza operations. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial and purchase operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting records (cash, bank, journal, purchase & sales).
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance including timely return filings.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support budgeting activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for financial audits.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
Purchase:
• Identify vendor requirements for toll plaza operations (e.g., equipment, maintenance materials, uniforms, etc.).
• Float inquiries, negotiate with suppliers, and finalize purchase orders.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per operational needs.
• Maintain stock and purchase registers.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement issues.
• Maintain records of purchase agreements and contracts.

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and purchase processes.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Understanding of taxation (GST, TDS), statutory regulations.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and procurement, preferably in toll/highway/infrastructure industry.
• Knowledge of toll plaza operations and related equipment procurement is a plus.
