Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Urgently required dynamic Senior (female) accounts executive for a well-established an ISO 13485 & CE certified Dental Products & 3D Resins Manufacturing Company based in Hadapsar, Pune.

Job responsibilities as follows:

• Data Entry in Tally Prime and general accounting entries like making invoices, BR, Receivable / payment entries.
• Credit Control: Following up with parties for payments.
• Auditing of Purchase, freight, Credit card bills
• TDS provisioning / Challan payments online with knowledge of practically filling quarterly returns.
• Candidate must have good working knowledge of GST calculations from Tally Prime & return filling online
• Candidate must know MS office / emailing and good communication skills
• ITR Returns and account upto balance sheet finalization
• Must know Salary working
• Online Bank transfer
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports (MIS)
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Must be confident
• Candidate with their own transport and nearby to Hadapsar will be preferred
