About the Company

Caslon is a growing modular furniture company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

· Maintain and update accounts using Tally.

· Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and other accounting transactions.

· Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and other financial documents.

· Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.

· Maintain proper records of accounts and supporting documents.

· Assist with GST, TDS and other basic statutory accounting requirements.

· Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments, invoices and accounts-related queries.

· Prepare basic accounting reports as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate in B.Com / Accounting / Finance or a related field.

· 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

· Strong working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is mandatory.

· Basic knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel.

· Good numerical and analytical skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
