Accountant

The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, design, production, and installation of signage projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to client requirements, brand guidelines, and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, production teams, and installation teams while managing project schedules, materials, logistics, and site activities. The candidate should have good management and communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and a willingness to learn signage installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain project timelines and track milestones from initial design approval to final installation.

Act as a communication bridge between clients, production teams, vendors, and installation teams.

Prepare job cards, production work orders, technical proofs, and print-ready layouts for client and internal approvals.

Follow up with external suppliers and vendors for project requirements and raw material procurement.

Monitor and manage inventory levels required for ongoing projects.

Coordinate delivery schedules, packing lists, transportation, and logistics for signage installations.

Arrange on-site labour, equipment, and resources such as cranes and ladders required for installation.

Monitor installation activities and ensure projects are completed according to client specifications and timelines.

Coordinate with marketing, facilities, and creative teams to maintain brand consistency and meet project requirements.

Manage multiple active projects and job sites simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High School, Diploma, or any degree.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience in signage, advertising production, or retail branding agencies is a strong advantage.

Must be able to speak and write in English and Tamil.

Strong multitasking, organizational, and project management skills.

Good attention to detail, especially in measurements, specifications, and documentation.

Clear verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with corporate clients, vendors, and field technicians.

Patience, willingness to learn, and an understanding of signage production and installation processes.

Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
