• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments & receipts, and journal entries.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions and daily routine as per company policy.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
• Finalization of Accounts & comply with the provisions of GST, TDS & ITR including knowledge of filling their returns.
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, and other statements.
• Experience in accounts payable processes.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
