Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial records.

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.

• Handle accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper cash flow records.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of Tally/ERP software, MS Excel, and accounting standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, goods, and services as per company requirements.

• Maintain vendor relationships and build new supplier contacts.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency.

• Prepare purchase orders, agreements, and maintain proper purchase records.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/stock department.

• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Prior experience in procurement/purchase preferred.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Knowledge of vendor management, market research, and inventory control.
