Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Copyer Solutions. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹12000 - ₹19300 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and service transactions related to printer repairs and maintenance.

Handle GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B filings, TDS deductions, and ensure adherence to taxation regulations.

Manage accounts to track payments, outstanding invoices, and vendor transactions.

Generate E-Way Bills, client invoices, and track service-related expenses.

Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and customers regarding financial matters.

Work with Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel & Word) for bookkeeping, reporting, and financial documentation.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years in service industry as an accountant.

Technical Skills: Tally Prime software, GST Filling, Use of GST Portal, Create E-way bill, TDS Knowledge

Knowledge: Accounting

Education: B.Com/M.Com- Graduate with Course in Tally and GST.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial workflows efficiently.
