Job Description

Position- Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare and generate Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices, and other billing documents in Tally.

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.

Handle GST-related tasks such as invoice verification, data preparation, and coordination for GST filing.

Maintain proper records of ledgers, vouchers, and financial documents.

Reconcile bank statements and party accounts regularly.

Assist in monthly closing and reporting activities.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Support senior accounts team in routine accounting and administrative work.
