Manage account statements

Lead and supervise a team of 5 bookkeeping professionals.
Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, BAS preparation, and general ledger maintenance for Australian clients.
Review and ensure accuracy and compliance in all bookkeeping tasks.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Manage workload distribution and ensure timely client deliverables.
Communicate with clients effectively regarding bookkeeping matters and resolve queries promptly.
