Job Description

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally Prime, and Bookkeeping. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting functions and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain complete books of accounts and daily financial records
Handle end-to-end bookkeeping activities
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Manage TDS calculation, return filing, and challans
Work efficiently on Tally Prime for accounting entries
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
Handle invoicing, purchase & sales entries
Ensure compliance with all statutory and tax regulations
Assist in audits and prepare financial reports
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of GST & TDS compliance
Hands-on experience in Tally Prime
Excellent understanding of Bookkeeping & Accounting Principles
Proficiency in MS Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy

Experience:

Minimum 6+ years of relevant accounting experience (mandatory)

Salary:

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance
