Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our Manufacturing and Construction business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, taxation, inventory accounting, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience in Tally Prime 9.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime 9.
Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and journal entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, and financial analysis for management.
Maintain inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and fixed asset registers.
Monitor project-wise costing, job costing, and expense tracking for construction projects.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Accountant executive.
Experience in the Manufacturing and/or Construction industry.
Strong proficiency in Tally Prime 9 and Microsoft Excel.
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in project accounting and cost control.
Knowledge of inventory management and production accounting.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and leadership abilities.
