Job Description

Job Title: Accountant Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Zirakpur (Local Candidates Preferred)
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 (In-Hand)
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Gender Preference: Female Candidates Preferred
Languages: Punjabi, Hindi and English

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting records and financial documents.
Prepare and manage invoices and payment records.
Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
Manage data entry and maintain accurate financial reports.
Handle customer queries related to accounts.
Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.
Work on Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of accounting principles.
Experience with Tally and MS Excel.
Strong data management and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
