Accountant

Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining accuracy in all financial transactions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.

• Prepare and verify financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments.

• Process invoices, expenses, and payroll as per company policy.

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

• Monitor and manage petty cash and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and records.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).

• Experience: 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel.

  • Understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
