Job Description

Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain sales, purchase, and expense records in Tally Prime/ERP.
Inventory & Production Tracking: Ensure accurate data entry of production details, including quantity, fabric design, batch tracking, and warehouse inventory.
Billing & Invoicing: Generate sales invoices, e-way bills, and e-invoices for fabric or garment dispatches.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile supplier/client ledgers.
Tax Compliance (GST/TDS): Assist with GST report preparation, data filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and TDS compliance.
Payments & Receivables: Follow up on payments (collection) and assist with accounts payable/receivable
