As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing and Account Manager to oversee billing operations and ensure smooth counter management of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing:
Manage daily billing operations, including generating invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.
Accounts Management:
Maintain customer and vendor accounts, track outstanding balances, and follow up on collections.
Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, inventory, and operations teams to align financial processes with business needs.
Support management in budgeting and forecasting activities.
