Job Description

We are looking for Accounts executive to join our team at Charm Designs.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Accounting: Record sales invoices, purchase bills, journal entries, and cash/bank vouchers in Tally.
Bank Reconciliation: Download bank statements and match daily deposits and withdrawals.
Receivables & Payables: Manage customer (debtor) and vendor (creditor) ledgers, track aging reports, and follow up on pending payments.
Taxation & Compliance: Prepare data required for Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, E-way bills, E-invoicing, and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
Reports Generation: Assist in generating trial balances, profit/loss statements, and basic MIS reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Software Skills: Hands-on command of Tally Prime/Tally.ERP 9 and basic Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets).
Accounting Knowledge: Clear grasp of debit/credit rules, ledger scrutiny, and financial statements.
Statutory Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or BBA (Finance).
Experience: 3 to 5 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience.
