1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Understand the customers' business needs and provide tailored solutions using Tally products, including Tally Prime, Tally Multi User, Tally Server, Tally Software Services (TSS), add-ons, customizations, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and mobile apps.
2. Revenue Generation:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Tally products and services to existing customers.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue from the customer base.
3. Value Creation:
- Regularly visit customers to provide value-added services, including product training, updates, and best practice sharing.
- Work closely with customers to ensure they fully utilize the features of Tally products, enhancing their business operations.
4. Issue Resolution & Support:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively, coordinating with the support team as necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent service and support.
5. Market & Product Feedback:
- Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance and future needs, and communicate this to the product development and Customisation teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer requirements to better serve the customers and anticipate their needs.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account management efforts in the Tally Track/CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales progress, and customer satisfaction metrics to the Head of Existing Customer Sales.
7. Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments, including Product Development, Marketing, and Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and management on customer needs, feedback, and potential product improvements.
- Generate references from existing customer and give it to sales team.
