Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive who has hands-on experience with accounting software and client handling. The candidate should be proactive, willing to learn, and capable of managing daily accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accounts using Busy Accounting Software
Prepare and send client ledgers on a regular basis
Generate and manage invoices/bills
Follow up with clients for pending payments
Handle basic GST-related work (billing, data entry, coordination)
Maintain proper records of financial transactions
Coordinate with clients regarding accounts and queries

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Busy Accounting Software
Understanding of GST (Goods and Services Tax)
Good communication and client-handling skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to follow up professionally with clients
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in accounting role
Strong attention to detail
Time management and organizational skills
