Accountant

ACCOUNTS MANAGER:
Carbolink Group is hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting operations across our manufacturing (Pvt. Ltd.) and trading companies. This is a senior individual-contributor-plus-team-lead role reporting directly to the Head of Accounts. If you have a solid background in manufacturing or trading finance, strong statutory knowledge, and hands-on Tally experience, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and lead year-end finalization

• Ensure timely and accurate compliance - GST returns, TDS filings, Income Tax, PF & ESI

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements for management review

• Oversee inventory valuation, product costing, and stock reconciliation

• Liaise with auditors (statutory & internal), banks, and financial consultants

• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounts team to ensure reporting deadlines are met

What We Are Looking For

• B.Com degree; M.Com or CA-Inter strongly preferred

• Minimum 12 years of accounting experience - manufacturing or trading sector is essential

• Deep knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI compliance

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel

• Proven track record in accounts finalization, financial reporting, and audit coordination

• Strong team management and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
