Position: Accounts & Finance Executive

Location: Wagholi, Pune

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (NO bar for suitable candidate.

Experience Required: 2–3 years in core Accounts & Finance department

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage our company’s complete accounting cycle, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in accounts, GST, TDS, payroll, and cash flow management, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

·         Prepare invoices for domestic and export sales; create and manage E-way bills.

·         Maintain purchase & sales records, compile financial data, and communicate with vendors/investors.

·         Calculate GST receivable/payable monthly; file GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3, TDS in coordination with CA.

·         Issue debit notes for supplier rejections/damages/losses; prepare credit notes for customers.

·         Perform weekly/monthly bank reconciliations.

·         Maintain accurate party ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.

·         Ensure sufficient cash flow for smooth operations.

·         Maintain both hard and soft records sequentially and accessibly.

·         Manage petty cash withdrawals and track expenses.

·         Ensure timely completion of TDS, PT, IT returns, and salary processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

·         2–3 years’ hands-on experience in accounts & finance.

·         Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP and MS Excel.)

·         Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and payroll processes.

·         Excellent organizational and communication skills.
