We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant from the construction industry or real estate industry to manage and oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and project-related accounts. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in construction accounting, project billing, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
2. Handle accounts payable and vendor management.
3. Prepare and maintain project-wise cost reports and financial statements.
4. Monitor project expenses, verify site accounts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports.
6. Coordinate with project sites and internal departments for completion of financial data.
7. Support audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.
8. Strong knowledge about checking and verification of Contractor and vendors bills.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Min. Education: B.Com (Commerce Graduate)
2. Experience: Minimum 03–05 years of accounting experience in the construction/real estate industry.
3. Good knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance.
4. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and other accounting software.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
