Job Description
Position: Accountant (Work From Office)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with strong practical
knowledge of accounting operations, GST compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day
finance coordination.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Accounting,
Tally, ClearTax, and should be capable of independently handling accounting processes,
vendor/client payment coordination, compliance follow-ups, and reporting.

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Work From Office (WFO), Delhi 
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Work Time - 9:30AM - 6:30PM
Gender: No Bar
Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
 Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
 Maintain proper records of ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations
 Handle Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet preparation, and financial reporting
 Manage invoice creation, payment follow-ups, and vendor/client coordination
 Ensure proper challan management and documentation
GST & Compliance
 Handle monthly GST return filing and compliance activities
 Coordinate with CA for tax filings, statutory compliance, and return submissions
 Work on ClearTax for GST management and compliance reporting
 Maintain proper accounting records for audits and taxation purposes
Software & Financial Management
 Operate and manage accounting workflows using Zoho Books, Zoho Accounting,
and Tally
 Ensure smooth financial process management through accounting software

 Monitor pending payments, receivables, and payable tracking
Additional Responsibilities
 Handle PI (Proforma Invoice) and PO (Purchase Order) processes
 Assist in documentation related to trademark application processes (preferred)
 Support management with reports and financial updates as required

Required Skills & Qualifications
 Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant
 Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho Accounting
 Hands-on experience with ClearTax
 Must have experience in Monthly GST Return Filing
 Good understanding of Ledger, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Accounting Reports
 Tally knowledge is mandatory
 Experience in invoice handling and payment coordination
 Good communication skills for coordination with CA, vendors, and clients
 Knowledge of PI/PO process is required
 Trademark application process knowledge will be an added advantage
