Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Bulls Logistics Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, books of accounts, and ledgers

• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)

• Ensure compliance with provisions of the Companies Act and other applicable laws

• Handle statutory filings such as annual returns, financial statements, and ROC filings

• Assist in board meeting documentation, resolutions, and minutes preparation

• Coordinate with auditors, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities

• Manage tax filings including GST, TDS, and income tax returns

• Monitor internal controls and ensure proper documentation

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional qualification (CA / CMA / CA Inter preferred)

• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and corporate compliance

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)

• Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Good communication and documentation abilities

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance

• Experience in handling ROC filings and corporate records preferred

Preferred Attributes

• Familiarity with corporate governance practices

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
