Maintain and update daily accounting records

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare and process invoices for property sales, rent, and commissions

• Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow management

• Keep records of property-related expenses and income

• Help prepare monthly financial reports

• Ensure proper documentation of agreements, payments, and receipts

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors

• Support audits and compliance requirements
