Position: Accountant (Export Documentation)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi
We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of experience, specifically in export documentation and accounting, for our client’s office located at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, handling export-related paperwork, and ensuring timely compliance with financial and export regulations.
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including sales, purchases, bank transactions, and ledger entries
Prepare and maintain export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other related forms
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and export departments for timely dispatch of goods
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
Maintain records of foreign exchange transactions and follow RBI/EXIM guidelines
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accounting and export documentation standards
Use accounting software for data entry and report generation
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting with a focus on export documentation
Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping terms (FOB, CIF), and government regulations
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Tally/Busy, etc.)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
