BNC has been mandated to recruit an Accountant with strong exposure to Zoho and compliance knowledge for a Tech Startup Company based in Gurugram South Delhi location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, invoicing, and reconciliations.

• Use Zoho Books extensively for accounting, invoicing, and financial reporting.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Handle GST filings, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance matters.

• Work closely with internal departments to track expenses and budgets.

• Support the preparation of financial audits and coordinate with auditors.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

• Assist in implementing internal financial controls and improving accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment.

• Proficient in Zoho Books (Zoho Inventory/Zoho Payroll is a plus).

• Strong understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC filings, etc.).

• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram or South Delhi.
