Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant (Admin) who can independently manage accounting, daily administrative activities, and basic digital operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, capable of handling Amazon Seller Central, and able to coordinate with external agencies for social media activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
Manage day-to-day accounting using Tally ERP.
Maintain ledgers, purchase/sales entries, bank reconciliation, GST working, and expense tracking.
Prepare monthly reports and assist in financial documentation.
Amazon Seller Account Management
Handle Amazon Seller Central, including listings, pricing updates, stock management & order reconciliation.
Monitor sales, returns, and performance analytics.
Admin & Operations
Coordinate with the social media agency for creatives, scheduling, and performance updates.
Handle Indiamart & Justdial inquiries, respond promptly, and maintain inquiry records.
Make calls to existing customers for follow-ups, feedback, and relationship management.
Follow up on new orders, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
Documentation & Support
Maintain all business documentation, bills, courier records, and digital files.
Support management in routine administrative tasks.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations (Amazon).
Good communication for customer coordination.
Ability to multitask and handle admin duties efficiently.
